1. How does BisouxConvert work?
BisouxConvert runs entirely through WhatsApp. Simply send your file (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image, or PDF) to our WhatsApp number, and within seconds you’ll get it back as a high-quality PDF. No apps to download, no logins needed.
2. Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your files are processed via temporary links that automatically expire. We do not read or store your documents. All media stays on WhatsApp, and is not accessible by us.
3. Why do I see a UAE phone number instead of “BisouxConvert”?
We’re currently waiting for our Meta Business verification so that “BisouxConvert” shows as the official WhatsApp business name. For now, you’ll see a UAE number (as we operate from Dubai). This is only temporary — the branded profile will go live once Meta finalizes approval.
4. Is BisouxConvert a finished product?
Not yet — BisouxConvert is still in startup beta mode 🚀. That means you might see rough edges or small bugs as we improve. The good news? You get 10 free credits to test everything, and your feedback directly shapes how we grow. Think of it as being part of the early builder’s club!
