1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using BisouxConvert (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

 

 

 

2. About Our Service

• BisouxConvert provides document conversion and related features through WhatsApp, including (but not limited to) PDF merging, compression, and image-to-PDF conversion.

• The service is powered by a WhatsApp Business Cloud API number. It cannot be used for personal messaging or marketing purposes.

• We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts & Information

• To use BisouxConvert, you must create an account by verifying your phone number.

• We do not require your name or email for account creation.

• If you purchase credits through Zbooni, they collect your name, email, and phone number. We only use your phone number to match your credit balance and do not store your name or email in our system.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account and device.

4. Credits & Payments

• BisouxConvert operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through Zbooni or other authorized partners.

• Once credits are purchased, they are linked to your phone number and available for use in BisouxConvert.

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Pricing and packages may change at any time. Any changes will be updated on our official communication channels.

5. File Handling & Privacy

• Files you send to BisouxConvert are processed via temporary, short-lived URLs. Once processed, the files are deleted automatically.

• We do not permanently store your files or conversations.

• For compression and certain functions, we use trusted third-party services such as CloudConvert and PDF.co, both of which prioritize privacy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BisouxConvert for:

 

• Illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Uploading or sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights.

• Distributing harmful, offensive, or malicious files.

• Attempting to interfere with or abuse the system.

 

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• BisouxConvert is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or delays outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

• BisouxConvert and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of BisouxConvert after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
