WhatsApp conversations: We do not see, store, or use your messages. Files and media remain in WhatsApp on your device.
Our WhatsApp number: It’s a Business Cloud API number. We cannot use it for personal messaging or marketing—it exists only to process your requests.

All media remains within WhatsApp on your device. We do not copy, save, or access your WhatsApp chats.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

For features like PDF compression, we use trusted services such as CloudConvert and PDF.co.
These services are recognized for maintaining high security and privacy standards.
By using BisouxConvert, you acknowledge and accept that your file may be temporarily processed by these services for the purpose of completing your request.

5. WhatsApp Integration

BisouxConvert operates solely through a WhatsApp Business Cloud API number.
This ensures we cannot use it to send personal messages, engage in marketing conversations, or access your private WhatsApp chats.
The number exists exclusively for handling BisouxConvert automated workflows.

6. Data Retention

Files are only retained for the duration of the processing task.
Once complete, they are automatically deleted.
Phone number and credit balance are stored only for account functionality.
We do not store names or emails from Zbooni transactions.

7. Your Rights

You may stop using BisouxConvert at any time.
Since we do not hold more than your phone number and credit balance, your data footprint with us is minimal.
